Shannean L. Specht is a dedicated member of our team at the Levinson Law Group. An associate attorney at the firm, Shannean is focused on fighting for the rights of injury victims, working tirelessly on their behalf for the results to which they are entitled. She works with the other members of our team to build strong cases for our clients, helping to prepare cases for trial or settlement.
A passionate advocate for Southern California’s auto accident victims
Shannean graduated Phi Beta Kappa in the top 10% of her class from San Diego State University. She obtained a bachelors degree in political science with a minor in English. She went on to attend California Western School of Law in San Diego, where she received her law degree. Shannean is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
While obtaining her Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law, Shannean served as a clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office, the San Diego District Attorney’s Office, and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. This experience granted her valuable insight into the “real world” of law. In these capacities, Shannean was able to participate in prosecuting criminals and providing assistance to victims. She credits her belief that a good lawyer must have compassion—a foundational understanding that has led to her continued positive reviews from clients—to this experience.
While working as a clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office, she also had the opportunity to participate in the Defensive Tort Litigation Unit, which gave her extremely valuable experience in handling personal injury cases as a representative of the United States Government. Due to this experience, Shannean understands firsthand how large institutions handle civil claims, and she is now able to use this “insider experience” to the benefit of her clients as a Carlsbad personal injury lawyer for the Levinson Law Office. When she is not working with clients, Shannean enjoys her passion for Major League Baseball by keeping up-to-date with the Oakland A’s and the San Diego Padres, as well as going to the desert and staying active with recreational activities.
